TITLE Device and Method for Quantitative Real Time Antioxidant-species Assay of Comestible Solutions A device and method are provided for quantitatively assaying anionic molecular species in a solution derived from a comestible. The solution is subjected to anionic exclusion chromatographic separation to produce a chromatographically sorted effluent containing an at least one target anionic molecular species. The affluent is delivered to a standard mode amperometric cell operated in combination with a pulsed mode amperometric detector, to operably quantify levels the target species in the solution.
