1. Regulating magnetic valve containing a passage body, seat with a closing component in the form of a cylindrical choke valve, such a seat possessing a passage channel in the form of a pipe pushed on the part of its length into the passage opening of the cylindrical partition fastened in the body in the transverse manner with respect to the flow, and a magnetic system located outside the body in a removable manner with respect to the seat, such a system possessing a yoke in the shape similar to U letter with magnets situated on the arms of U letter characterised in that the choke valve (4) is situated in a rotational and transverse manner with respect to the flow in the passage channel (1) of the seat, and moreover, the choke valve (4) is equipped with the axis (5) overlapping with the axis of the rotation of the choke valve (4) to which a ferromagnetic plate (6) is fastened, such a plate being situated in the magnetic field of the magnetic system (7, 8), and the yoke (8) is preferably equipped with a ratchet mechanism (10, 11, 12), and the body (1) is equipped with a ratchet cam (13).<IMAGE>
