发明名称 METHOD FOR ADMINISTERING PERITONEAL DIALYSIS
摘要 The present invention method for carrying out the peritoneal dialysis by means of providing for a directed diffusion flow between the dialyzing solution and the blood of the patient due to existence of the osmotic gradient between them is characterized by that the osmotic molarity of the dialyzing solution is decreased as the urea concentration in the patient's blood decreases in the course of dialysis. An installation for implementing the method comprises reservoirs (1, 2, 3) for cleaned water, a salt component and glucose, units (7, 8, 9) for dosing the said components whose outlets are connected, through a T-joint (30) to the inlet of a unit (12) for sterilization of the solution. Units (13, 14) for controlling the temperature and electric conductivity of the solution are located at the outlet of a dosing unit (15) intended for its feeding and unified with a unit (10) providing for continuity of the dialysis. A heating unit (11) is mounted inside the reservoir (1) and is provided with a temperature controlling unit (29). Dosing units (15 and 16) for feeding and discharging in dialyzing solution consist of transparent reservoirs (17 and 18), each mounted on a stationary plate (34, 35) with a first limit switch (20, 22) incorporated into the latter and with a pick-up (36, 37) mounted on its upper wall, and of movable plates (38 and 39), each located above the reservoirs (17, 18) and provided with an incorporated second limit switch (19, 21), the limit switches (19-22) and the pick-ups (36, 37) being mounted coaxially and an additional imitating reservoir (33) being mounted between the dosing unit (15) and the dosing unit (16). The control of the installation is effected by means of a control desk (26) with a unit (27) for dialysis and formalin washing programming, through a controller (24) provided with a setter (25) and connected to a dialyzing solution discharge control system (23) including a dialysis quality indicator (31) and a unit (32) for recording the time of filling and discharging the solution; with the limit switches and with the electromagnetic valve of the additional imitating reservoir (33).
