FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a face conveyor used for underground mining works with long faces. System for production of material for mine includes machine for cutting material and face conveyor for transfer of material. Face conveyor comprises multiple located next to each other linear pans, multiple scrapers arranged in a trough across linear pans, and connecting element passing through a plurality of scrapers and connecting them to each other. Every linear pan comprises a trough with two opposite side walls, forming facing inside parts of trough, each of which has an elongated upper part with top surface, bottom surface and essentially vertical outer surface, and also has an essentially vertical inner surface located below upper part. Each scraper has an end with upper guide surface facing said outer surface, and with a lower guide surface facing said inner surface of trough. Lateral movement of any scraper, which leads to contact of upper guide surface with said outer surface of trough, leads, substantially simultaneously, to contact of lower guide surface with said inner surface of trough.EFFECT: technical result is improved design of upper part and lower part of trough of linear pans for retention and direction of scrapers and chain in conveyor.25 cl, 6 dwg |
