The instantaneous maturing apparatus of soybean milk for forming a bean curd includes a conical heating tub, a steam supply tube or electrical heater installed over the heating tub, a soybean milk supply tube within the heating tub to form the lower end to be a trumpet-shaped dropping portion, and a reservoir on the bottom thereof moving upward or downward, in which a conical induction unit is mounted within the reservoir to allow the upper end to contact the dropping portion and the surface thereof to have a circular groove for easily resuming or stopping the operation, and reducing steam consumption and operational cost, thereby providing a tasty bean curd. |
