Mould for the shaping of stackable trays and boxes, which contains two internal mechanisms for folding the flaps or tabs of the corners of the boxes, one of said mechanisms moving by means of certain pneumatic cylinders off line, which act directly on pistons guided by horizontal bars. The other mechanism, arranged in the upper part, moves also by means of a pneumatic cylinder that is connected to certain fingers with levers inserted between them, said fingers operating with the first phase of folding of the flaps or tabs, at the same time as they perform a circular travel. With these two mechanisms, the mould according to the invention is more quick and more reliable. <IMAGE> |
