The two parallel longitudinal edges of the panel each have a profiled closure with straps (6, 7) for forming a jacket (1) with enclosed cavity, with the straps interconnected by a front field (2). On one strap (6) are fitted fastening shanks. The cavity is filled with insulating material (15). The front field has several apertures (5), while a rear field has at least one aperture (10) for the passage of gases and/or vapours. Pref. a diffusion intermediate layer (16) is provided on the inside of the front field. USE/ADVANTAGE - For building insulation, without need for rear side ventilation, but with increased moisture disposal and improved thermal insulation.
