The operation support system, disposed between a user terminal and a TDX electronic exchange, receives a command data input by an operator and process the command data. The system includes a line interface unit (3) for connecting lines by using a coil (6), a first processor (12) for receiving data transmitted from the tranceiver (11) of an operator's terminal, a second processor (13) for sending data to a tranceiver (11) of an operator's terminal, a third processor (14) for sending data to a tranceiver (11') of a TDX electronic exchange (1), a fourth processor (15) for receiving data transmitted from the tranceiver (11') of a TDX electronic exchange (1), a fifth processor (16) for writting data transmitted from a TDX on a harddisk, a sixth processor (17) for writting data transmitted from an operator's terminal, and a host processor (18) for controlling an operating sequence of processors.
