A stainless multipipe and manufacturing method thereof for piping is disclosed in which one of different-colored resin materials is coated on the outer surface of a pipe to form a group of pipes, the pipes as a whole are twisted gradually for a PE film to be coated on the twisted elongated surface of the whole of the group, and a resin is filled between the PE film and the outer surface cover, thereby enabling long-distance piping.
