PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for revision of a program by having only to correct data even when a basis of rate charge is revised in civil engineering works. CONSTITUTION:A rate charge calculation and execution device 1 used for calculating a scheduled cost is provided with an input section 12 entering a basis of rate charge calculation via a console display device 11 by using rate charge calculation basis description form, a rate charge calculation basis storage section 13 storing the information entered from the entry section 12 and a rate charge calculation basis analysis section 14 using the rate charge calculation basis description form to analyze entered data, and also an analysis result storage section 15 storing the analyzed result, a fluctuation element storage section 16 storing a basic unit, a work condition storage section 17 storing work conditions of a civil engineering work, a rate charge calculation and execution section 18 using the result of analysis, the basic unit price and the work conditions to implement rate charge calculation and an output section 19 outputting a unit price of the rate charge obtained by the rate charge calculation and execution section 18. |
