The invention proposes a control (regulating) system (23) making it possible to master the heating of the gases downstream of the control system, to attenuate the aerodynamic noise generated by the gyratory flow downstream of the guide vanes (24) of the control system and to facilitate endoscopic checking of the blading of a compressor (3) by virtue of emerging orifices (27) formed in the control system (23) and particularly through at least one guide vane (24). The invention finds particular application in the production of a control system equipping an air intake system of an external centrifugal compressor of an auxiliary gas turbine power unit.
