The controller includes a timer to control heating for a preset time in the timer for cooking of food and an alarm to warn in advance the completion of the preset cooking time so that a device for time extension postpones the completion of cooking, if found necessary, to further continue heating without interruption. An advantage is to check in advance and prevent a half-cooked food without the necessity of re-ignition of fire to continue heating after an interruption.
