SUPPOSITORIES CONTAINING GINGKO LEAVES EXTRACTS USED FOR HEMORRHOIDS

摘要

The suppository for hemorrhoid treatment contains (a) polyalkylene glycol or hardened lipid as a base; (b) 0.1-30 wt. parts of Ginkgo extracts as an effective component; and (c) a pH adjusting agent selected from NaOH, Ca(OH)2, sodium phosphate or KHC6H4(COO)2. The pH of the suppository dissolved in 100 ml distilled water is 4.0-7.0. The Ginkgo extract is prepd. by a conventional procedure.
