One of the milling tools (3) supported lower part (4) of the head (2) is separated from the jib (1) coupled upper part (5) of the head. The upper and lower parts are connected by several axles (9,12) running transversely to each other and positionally moveable under each other.The upper part is coupled to the jib by a horizontal axis (6) and it has an activating mechanism (7) for pivoting. The lower part rotates on a vertical axis (9), driven by a rotating drive (8). A rotating section (10) and the tool support and tilting section (11) are arranged along the vertical axis. The tilting section tilts about the horizontal axis (12).
