摘要 Disclosed is a minimally invasive surgery instrument for treating spinal canal stenosis, comprising a sleeve (2) and an ultrasonic osteotome (1); the front end of the sleeve (2) is provided with a long body (21), and the rear end is a socket for the ultrasonic osteotome (1); the side of the rear end of the long body (21) is provided with a port (24) for the connection of a flushing tube (3), a water suction tube (4), an endoscope catheter (5) and a lamp wire tube (6). A sleeve (2) is inserted at the position of a vertebral foramen or intervertebral foramen from the side of a human body in a minimally invasive manner, an ultrasonic osteotome (1) is guided by a passage in the sleeve (2) to grind or cut bone, and because of the space limitation of the sleeve (2), nerves can be prevented from being injured by mistake as the ultrasonic osteotome (1) is operated. A flushing tube (3), a water suction tube (4), an endoscope catheter (5) and a lamp wire tube (6) are all guided by the sleeve (2), thereby preventing injuries from being caused when respectively penetrating into the body; and during flushing, the flushing tube (3) can also cool the ultrasonic osteotome (1). The minimally invasive surgery instrument changes the open spinal canal stenosis treatment method of conventional instruments, and uses the minimally invasive method to treat spinal canal stenosis, thus meeting the requirement of accuracy and safety in surgeries.
