The red phosphor slurry is composed of the mixed solution (A) which comprises red phosphor Y2O2S:Eu 100 wt.%, 8 % polyvinylalcohol 60 wt.%, ammonium dichromate 7-15 wt.% and pure water 60 wt.%, and the mixed solution (B) which comprises 8 % polyvinylalcohol 10 wt.%, titanium oxide 0.01-5 wt.% as a light scattering agent having less than 1 μm of particle size and pure water 30 wt.%, and a little content of a surfactant.
