The method for directly inserting a terminal pin to a mold and molding the pin with the injected material of the low-pressure bobbin, is composed of a lead wire drawing step of straightening the lead wire (11) by a feeder roll (12) and transmitting the straightened wire to the mold (13); a terminal pin inserting step of inserting the lead wire (11) to plastic pin terminal section (2) of low-pressure are bobbin (5) and combining the wire with the bobbin material; a lead wire cutting step of cutting the lead wire inserted to the plastic pin terminal section (2) to a certain length by a lead wire cutter (14).
