The circuit provides video signal frame coordinates and coordinates coincidence that diplay video without error. The cuircuit comprises: a synchonization separation part generating vertical synchronizing signal and horizontal synchronizing signal from complexed video signal, a frequency circuit frequency converting the first clock pulse column to the fifth clock pulse column, a horizontal situation counter counting the fifth clock pulse column and generating horizontal situation coordinates, a scanning line counter generating the scanning line coordinates, a comparing circuit comparing a pair of input signals and generating coordinates coincidence pulse.
