The apparatus solves an eye strain of measuring person by giving the person's eyesignt on a charge coupled device (CCD) camera, and computes an exact measuring data to generate an exact data file, by using a microprocessor. The apparatus includes an inputting part formed by a high magnification lens; a decoder; a frame grabber for converting the image into a digital intensity data and storing in a memory for building-in; an image processor formed by a frame processor and the microprocessor; a current adjuster formed by a wobble coil, a current controller and a wobble coil driver; and a displayer.
