<p>The invention relates to a motor vehicle headlamp having improved mounting means. This headlamp, which contains optical means for forming a light beam, a closure glass (lens) including a part which points towards the front of the vehicle and at least one element (41) for mounting the headlamp on a bodywork part (3) which is rigidly fixed to or forms an integral part of this bodywork, is noteworthy in that it furthermore comprises, between the said part of the closure glass which points towards the front of the vehicle and the said mounting element (41), at least one element (42) having minimal mechanical strength, capable of being deformed during front impact (F) on the said part, in order to apply a reduced force to the point of mounting of the said element on the bodywork (3). <IMAGE></p> |
