The device includes the front and middle panels which are placed at a specified distance, a 1st electrodes which form strip shapes below the front panel, grooves which perpendicularly form the 1st electrodes, a reverse panel which is placed below the middle panel, and the two electrodes which are placed in the reverse panel. The 2nd electrode is nickel paste.
