The waste water sprayed by a nozzle (2) installed on top of spray/dry apparatus (4) is dryed by hot air (B) at 150 deg.C and ammonium sulfate that is materials of fertilizer is recovered as solid state (D). The gas of low temperature (150 deg.C) that ammonium sulfate in waste water is perfectly removed is decomposed in an incinerator at 482 deg.C and changed to a hot gas. The hot gas is passed into a thermal exchanging machine (8) and recovered heat capacity is used as other energy source.
