The system is placed in divided head containing the upper part (112) and the bottom part (110), which after their fixation locate the cavities (107, 113) on the rotary shaft, on which there are the rotary intakes (10) and rotary exhaust ball valves (40) placed on each cylinder, whilst the bottom part (110) of the divided head contains the admission port (108) and exhaust port (109) in connection with each cylinder, and the head of the cylinder has the admission canal (114) and the exhaust pipe (120) in connection with the cavities (107, 113) in the divided head of the cylinder. The mixture of the fuel and air is lead into the rotary ball intake (10) from the both sides, and the exhaust gases are taken away from both sides of rotary exhaust ball valve (40). The annular sealing device (116) placed in the bottom half (110) of the system of the divided head around the admission port (108) and the exhaust port (109) secures gasproof connection with the rotary and exhaust ball valves (10, 40).
