The apparatus for continuously forming concrete door frame having wood grains on the surface, comprises a basic conveyor driving between a pair of drive rollers; a forming conveyor combined with the basic conveyor; forming material input device provided at upper forming conveyor; flattening means for flattening upper surface of the forming material before hardening. The forming conveyor (23) has bottom surface (23a), end piece (29), a pair of high vertical sidewalls being able to be bent with 90 degrees from the surface (23a), a quarter arch-type cutting grooves (32)(33) formed along longitudinal direction of both corners at outer bottom of the forming conveyor.
