A compound of the formula I, wherein a group of the formula: -x3=x2-x1=N- is a group of the formula II, III, IV, or V, wherein R1 is hydrogen or halogen, R2 is halogen, R3 is hydrogen, nitro, amino optionally having suitable substituent(s) or a heterocyclic group optionally having suitable substituent(s), R4 and R5 are each hydrogen or halogen; R6 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-6 alkyl or C1-6 alkoky; R8 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-6 alkyl, hydroxy, C1-6 alkylthio, amino optionally substituted with C1-6 alkyl, or C1-6 alkocy optionally substituted with a substituent selected from the group consisting of C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 alkylamino and phenyl optionally substituted with C1-6 alkoxy; R7 is hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl, A is methylene, and Q is O or NH, provided that R3 is not hydrogen with R6 is hydrogen, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. |
