PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron that can reduce waste in manufacturing of a cooling block and enables excellent access to a pipe joint and a fastening member.SOLUTION: A magnetron includes an anode cylinder, a cooling block, a fastening member, and a pair of pipe joints. A fastening member is disposed between the pair of pipe joints to the cooling block. A discontinuous portion between both the opposed end portions of the cooling block extends obliquely in an annular direction of the cooling block with respect to a flow path direction of cooling liquid at the connecting portion between the pair of pipe joints and a circulation passage, the fastening member passing through the discontinuous portion extends in a direction which is inclined with respect to a plane perpendicular to the flow path direction of the cooling liquid at the connecting portion between the pair of pipe joints and the circulation passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
