PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor required to monitor motion of a mobile body passing an intersection.SOLUTION: A terminal device 12 receives moving image data from an imaging device 11 installed at an intersection 5, receives aspect state data indicating the aspect state of a traffic signal 6 and a traffic signal 7 from a signal control device 8, and generates locus data indicating motion of a mobile body that the moving image data shows for each aspect step that the aspect state data shows. The terminal device 12 receives determination reference data generated for each aspect step from a server device 13 and stores the same. The terminal device 12 determines whether or not motion that the locus data of the mobile body shows is normal on the basis of the determination reference data according to the aspect step at the time when the mobile body has passed the intersection 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
