摘要 A magnetic field to be detected affects the spatial disposition of a current path. The respective disposition of the current path affects the radiation of a light source. The light modulated by the magnetic field is fed out via optical waveguides for electrically decoupled further processing. The operating current is generated from integrated photocells within the sensor, the photocells being fed via optical waveguides or direct illumination. According to the invention, the feed light is coded in a known manner and interferometric and compensative methods are involved. The representation of the so-called reference light by means of a further light source integrated in the sensor and a further optical waveguide to feed out the reference light are provided. The use of pole shoes for field concentration onto the current path is provided for. The current path is provided not only in thin layers but also in a vacuum or plasma. With the known methods of integrated technology, economical manufacture taking up minimal space can be achieved, the effects of magnetic interference being simultaneously minimised.
