PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resistor capable of increasing/decreasing and adjusting a resistance value of a resistor film.SOLUTION: A film 141 is formed by coating a surface of a board 10 with a solution in which conductive nano-size particles and an insulation material are dispersed or a solution in which conductive nano-size particles each coated with an insulation material layer are dispersed, in a desired shape (Fig. 1 (a) to (c)). A part of the film 141 is irradiated with light to sinter the particles, and a resistor film 140 is formed (Fig. 1 (d) and (e)). A resistance value of the resistor film is measured. If the measured resistance value is greater than a desired resistance value range, an edge of the resistor film 140 is irradiated with light to sinter the particles, and the resistor film 140 is spread (Fig. 1 (f)).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
