PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device capable of suppressing damage to a current cutoff device.SOLUTION: A power storage device 1 according to an embodiment comprises: an electrode assembly 3 laminated with a plurality of sheet-like positive electrodes 11 and negative electrodes 12 via a separator 13; a case 2 for housing the electrode assembly 3; a positive electrode terminal 4a and a negative electrode terminal 4b provided so as to protrude from the case 2; and a current cutoff device 5 provided in series on a conduction path between a tab 17b of a negative electrode 12 and the negative electrode terminal 4b in the case 2. A separator end 33 on the current cutoff device 5 side in the separator 13 protrudes closer to the current cutoff device 5 side than a metal foil body part 14a of the positive electrode 11 and a metal foil body part 17a of the negative electrode 12.
