The warning tape for protecting the underground line facilities is produced by (a) mixing 35-55% low density polyethylene resin for agriculture, 35-55% low density polyethylene resin for packing and 5-10% orange color pigment, and extruding the mixture to make a polyethylene film (2), (b) continuously printing a letter "CAUTION ] COMMUNICATION CABLE" with a black ink on the film to form a printed layer (4), and (c) coating a polyethylene adhesive compsn. on the layer (4) to form a coated layer (5).
