The invention relates to a leaktight linking device for emptying tankers (tanker lorries), comprising principally a lower longitudinal displacement carriage, on which an intermediate lateral displacement carriage is mounted, on which is placed a chassis mounted on vertical displacement jacks (rams) making it possible to position a receiving cone equipped with a cover connected to a hopper, against a collar (cuff) equipping a valve of a tanker. According to the invention, the linking device also includes guiding systems (33), a set of jacks of the inflatable sausage type (17), and a linking cover (34) permitting leaktightness during transfer of a product. The device according to the invention is intended particularly for centres receiving any pulverulent material which flows under gravity (powders, grains, etc.), and particularly for centres receiving foodstuffs. <IMAGE>
