The instrumentation consists of a single pedicular implant whose lower part is provided with a threading with a self-tapping end allowing it to be screwed into the spine (1), and whose upper part comprises a frustoconical collar and a threaded part intended to receive a nut (4) with a conical seat by means of which it is possible to fix holed plates (5) or connection rods (7) as well as ligament holders. The invention applies to the surgical field of reduction and fixation of dorsal and lumbar spine displacements due to trauma, degeneration or tumours. <IMAGE>
