The device compensates the transmission output, and improves the suceess of line connection. The device includes an EEPROM (32) which saves the newly modulated data and existing modulated data, a portable telephone (20), and a micom (31) which selectively generates the data of EEPROM (32) by sensing of level, and connects the one terminal to the car kit grounding line.
