The apparatus detects an alignment scattering caused by an abrupt drive of an optical system connected to a photo-pickup base and a magnet via an elastic member. The apparatus comprises 1st/2nd flag sensor coils (201a,201b), for detecting variations of an induced electromotive force, equipped on a side not facing a magnet (101) among an object lense holder (110); 1st/2nd amplifiers (601,602) amplifying the induced electromotive force by the same gain; a differential amplifier (603) amplifying the difference between the outputs of 1st/2nd amplifiers (601,602); a circuit offsetting the output of the differential amplifier (603) within a predefined range.
