Drinks tapping system having a drinks metering device and a cleaning device

The invention relates to a drinks tapping system having a metering device and a cleaning device. The metering device has a drinks container which can be loaded by means of a pressure medium and can be connected to a drinks pipe which leads to an outlet device. The outlet device includes a metering selector, an actuating button and an outlet tap. The metering device includes a cleaning liquid container which can be connected via a cleaning liquid pipe to the drinks pipe instead of the drinks container. A control device is used to control the outlet tap in dependence on signals of the metering selector and actuating button which are fed to the control device. In the drinks pipe (7) there is arranged a drinks quantity transmitter (8), the output signals of which are evaluated in the control device (30) to permit control of the outlet tap (14). The cleaning device (4) has in the cleaning liquid pipe (42) a cleaning liquid quantity transmitter (44) for ascertaining the quantity of cleaning liquid fed to the drinks tapping system. The output signals of this quantity transmitter are evaluated in the control device and compared with a desired quantity to permit control and termination of the cleaning process.
