The protecting plates uses for preventing the fastened part of the cargo from getting damaged when the cargo is fastened with the ropes. And the only damaged protecting plate can be easily replaced individually. An inserting groove (3) is formed at one end of the protecting plate (1,1') and a joining extrusion (4) is formed at another end. Several grooves (2) are arranged on upper and lower sides of the protecting plates (1,1') at regular intervals. The protecting plates are connected by a rubber connectors (5).
