The invention relates to fluorescent display tube which is able to improve conductivity, to prevent the crack of glass substrate, short and disconnection by forming insulation layer and metal parts on the same level, and forming wiring layer and insulation layer which are electrically separated. The electrode structure of VFD comprises of insulation layer (6) which is separated from wiring layer (4) on the glass substrate (1), conductive layer (5) which is formed on a level lower than that of insulation layer, and metal parts (3) on the same level as that of insulation layer.
