PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber strip for a tire that can improve uniformity and appearance of the tire, a cutting device for a rubber strip and a manufacturing method for a pneumatic tire using the rubber strip.SOLUTION: A belt-like rubber strip 1 is wound spirally around a rotating shaft of a tire in order to manufacture a pneumatic tire. An edge of a first end part 2 which terminates when the strip is wound includes an internal corner edge 3 formed in an approximately V-shape in a planar view. An innermost top 4 of the internal corner edge 3 is positioned at a distance a in a width direction from one side edge in a width direction of the rubber strip.
