Developing apparatus for an image-producing device

In an image-producing device, that type of developing apparatus in which an electrostatic, latent image, which has been produced on an image carrier, is developed by means of a one-component toner, has a regulating part for regulating the supplied amount of toner, a first conveying device for conveying the toner which is regulated and applied by means of the regulating part, and a second conveying device, in order to convey the toner, transferred by the first conveying device, to the image carrier. The first and second conveying devices can be moved in each case at a very particular speed in a very particular direction. Despite the use of the one-component toner, the invention no longer exhibits the difficulties which result from oppositely charged toner particles, and attractive, fault-free images are obtained in addition.
