The stand-by position and stroke automatic adjusting device uses a motor and a scale to be capable of adjusting precisely and automatically a stand-by position and a stroke. The device is characterized that a stand-by position adjusting part and a stroke adjusting part are formed to be separately operated the stand-by position is adjusted by a motor, a ball screw and a nut, the stroke adjusting part is connected and inter-depended to the nut, and a stroke adjusting distance is made by the nut movement according to a cylinder operation and by a nut contact to a limit switch so as for a table to be stopped, advanced or moved back.
