PURPOSE:To unnecessitate a first-order battery by charging the main body of the transmitter when the main body of the transmitter is housed in the main body of a ventilating fan and used as a ventilating fan operating part. CONSTITUTION:A second-order battery 2 is built in a main body 1 of the transmitter, two holes are opened on the rear face of a switch part 3, the second-order battery charging terminal of a metal board is installed on the inner face of this hole, and two metallic projecting feeding terminals are installed on the deep face of a transmitter main body housing hole 7 opened at a main body 6 of the ventilating fan. When the main body 1 of the transmitter is housed in the transmitter main body housing hole 7, the second-order battery charging terminal and the projecting feeding terminals are touched. Therefore, when the main body 1 of the transmitter is housed in the transmitter main body housing hole 7 at the main body 6 of the ventilating fan, the main body 1 becomes the operating part for the main body 6 of the ventilating fan and at the same time, the second-order battery 2 built in the main body 1 of the transmitter can be charged by touching the projecting feeding terminals fitted at the main body 6 of the ventilating fan and the second-order battery charging terminal 5 fitted at the main body 1 of the transmitter. Thus, the transmitter/ventilating fan operating part not to use any first-order battery can be provided.
