The invention relates to a new signalling system for the signalling of accidents, particularly for traffic vehicles relating to the vehicle and the occupant(s) through the visualization of a clear signal to other road users. Conventional flashing-light installations usually relate to defects in the vehicle itself, but do not signal the incapacitation of the driver (becoming unwell etc.). The making visible thereof comprises a signalling panel which is disposed at right angles to the side window, or in front of the rear window.
