PURPOSE: To obtain a simple construction capable of utilizing conveniently driving force obtained for a pump by providing on low pressure system pumps and high pressure system pumps with common driving motors. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure system and a low pressure system can be supplied from at least one water supply container 10, and water supply pump lines 26 to 31 of the high pressure system and the low pressure system are formed so as to triply overflow. The water supply pump lines 26 to 31 include pumps 32, 33 accompanied by an electrical driving motor 35, and the one pump 32 for the low pressure system and the one pump 33 for the high pressure system include the common driving motor 35. Further, the high pressure or the low pressure pump line 26 to 31 are connected with a collection waveguides 36, 37 at a pressure ends thereof, which collection waveguides 36, 37 are guided to a waste heat boiler corresponding to pressure stages.
