The method for the manufacture of pharmaceutical batched forms is used in human and veterinary medicine. It includes mechanical treatment of a mixture of a medicament and hydrophobic and/or hydrophilic fusable carrier in a high-speed mixer so that agglomerates are formed, the agglomerates are broken to produce particles having controlable release, and optionally - continuation of the mechanical treatment by the addition, on choise, of a small percentage of a carrier or diluent.
