The multiplier is composed of; a schmidt trigger buffer, a mono-stable multivibrator which outputs pulse of a width due to the output signal of the schmidt trigger buffer; an OR gate which outputs the output signal of the mono-stable multivibrator through the buffer; a duty cycle senser which sensors duty cycle at the output signal of the OR gate; a smoothing part which controls duty cycle by varying the time constant of the mono-stable multivibrator due to sensor state of the duty cycle sensor.
