The decorations(3A, 3B) are stitched on fabric(1) by sewing needles alternately arranged in the front and in rear and cut from decoration bands(2A, 2B). The stitching device is composed of a support(10) having needle punching holes(12) on the upper plate(11), a couple of lifts(20A, 20B), sewing needles(30A, 30B) alternately fixed on the lifts(20A, 20B), a needle elevating member(40), a needle reciprocating member(50) in the trigonal direction of the left side, center and right side, and a decoration bands supply member(80).
