The lotion shall find application in the treatment of acne. It has well expressed antibacterial effect on a wide spectrum of microorganisms and causes no side or allergic reactions. It is easily applied and requires no special concern in keeping. The lotion is an aromatized solution of hexamethylenetetramine in 40% ethanol.
