A horizontal beam(2) ,of which one end is connected to a vertical beam(3), is mounted on a center shaft of a body. A chamfering angle control device(32) is connected to one end of a second articular beam(10) of which another end connected to a first articular beam(9). A vertical supporter(18) fixed at one side of bow-shape rotation supporter of the chamfering angle control device(32), and two air cylinders(23)(33) having respective slide plates(25)(25a) are mounted on the vertical supporter(18). Two hotozontality maintaining rollers(34)(48) are respectively mounted on a roller supports(26a)(26), and two double use rollers(27)(27a) are mounted on the roller support(26) to be rotatable. A potentiometer(40) joined with a rotating shaft(38a), is connected to a control driver device of a servomotor(12).
