Shaped concrete building block

The shaped concrete block is used in construction of a building. It has teeth (2) and recesses (3) arranged in the middle region of a vertical surface of the block. The teeth and recesses of a surface form a group and the height of one of the outer teeth of a group is less than the height of the remaining teeth, or the depth of one of the outer recesses of a group is greater than the depth of the rest of the recesses. The teeth and recesses to it extend over only a part of the height of the vertical face. A channel (4) is provided on a horizontal surface of the block.
